Off-market properties are those properties that are available for sale but not publicly advertised or listed on the open market. Instead, they are often sold through private transactions or directly to interested buyers.
Here's a step-by-step guide on How to Add Off Market Properties
I. Add Off-Market Properties to your Deal Pipeline
Go to Deal Pipeline and click this button:
2. Input the postcode and select it from the drop-down
3. Select it from the list of address
4. Then click 'Add property'
5. If your sorting option is set to 'Latest Action Taken', it will appear in the first row:
II. After you've added an off-market property, or if you've previously done this, here's a way on how to send them letters.
Locate the off-market in your Deal Pipeline, or click the Lead Generator sorting menu, and select 'Off market'
2. Click on the card, and select 'Add to Letter Campaign'
3. For multiple properties, hover your mouse over the upper-right corner of the card, and tick the check button. Do this one by one, or click the 'Select All' button represented by a blue check circle as displayed below:
4. Click the 'Add to Letter Campaign' button:
5. You can either select the campaign from the drop-down button or create a new campaign and save.
