Off-market properties are those properties that are available for sale but not publicly advertised or listed on the open market. Instead, they are often sold through private transactions or directly to interested buyers.
Here's a step-by-step guide on How to Add Off Market Properties
If you've previously saved an off-market property, here's an easy way on how to send letters to an Off Market Property:
Go to your Sourcing Pipeline, click on Lead generator drop down button and select Off Market
2. Click on the Send Letter Button, then you will be prompted to select the wanted campaign
3. For multiple properties, you have the option to select all then click on send letter
4. Upon clicking the send letter button, you will need to select the Campaign from the drop down button then hit Save.
5. Once you've added the properties, you'll see the cost for the next batch displayed on the right.
To check this, navigate to the "Send Letters" tab and then click on "Campaigns."
6. You can also choose to preview the letter before it is sent. Simply click on the "Review and Send" tab to do so.
7. Then click on the View tab under Addresses
8. Afterwards, you can view a preview of the letter, and you can choose to download or print it if you prefer.
9. If the campaign is ready, you will pay for the first batch using the credit card on file.
Click Pay Now.
10. Once the payment has been paid, the draft campaign will become Active
11. To review the status of your campaign, select the Action button. This will allow you to see whether your campaign is Sent, Active, or in Ready Status.
