The Deal Making tab is your workspace for turning a property into an active deal. From here you track where the property sits in your pipeline, record notes and tags, build a deal calculation, and store photos from your viewings all against this one property.
Actions and notes
(1) Take action moves the property along your Deal Pipeline™. The stage bar below shows its current stage (e.g. "Do Due Dil") and the next stage it can move to.
(2) Add tag label the property so you can group and filter deals.
(3) Quick Note (Add note) jot down anything relevant, such as call outcomes or seller motivation.
📌 Every change is recorded in the activity feed at the bottom of the panel, with a timestamp (e.g. "Added to pipeline Do Due Dil"). Use the pencil to edit an entry or the bin icon to remove it.

Deal calculator
Click Create to build a deal appraisal for this property your numbers for the deal in one place. Until you add one, the panel shows "No Deal Calculator added yet".
Viewing Pictures
Use Add to upload photos from your property viewing. They're stored against the property so your notes and images stay together. Until you add any, it shows "No pictures added yet".
