How to manage my Lead Generators™ Cards

Check and understand the criteria you set for each Lead Generators™ in seconds

Each Lead Generator™ is displayed as a card. Each of them cards is formed of 5 sections, from top to bottom:

  1. The name & leads to check count

  2. The postcodes and Map area covered

  3. The criteria summary

  4. The additional filters summary

  5. The For sale or/and To Rent tabs

This is so you can check in an instant what are the details criteria behind each Lead Generators™

You can then very quickly administer your Lead Generators™ when clicking on it you get the following options:

  1. Edit

  2. Check Leads

  3. Duplicate

  4. Delete

The name & leads to check count

On the very top blue banner, this is where:

  • You can see the name you gave to your Lead Generator™

  • The leads to check count:

    • The Green count shows the number of available leads to check in this Lead Generator™

    • The Amber count shows the number of Sold Subject to Contract (STC) leads to check in this Lead Generator™

Throughout Property Filter you will find the same convention:

  • Green means available

  • Amber means Sold Subject to Contract (STC)

  • Red means Withdrawn or Sold: when a property have been removed from the portals

The postcodes and Map area covered

This lists all the postcodes covered by this Lead Generator™ and gives you an overview on a map

The criteria summary

This white banner under the map will give you a summary of the criteria you selected:

  • Price range

  • Property Type

  • Keywords

    • Where "Show Only" keywords are shown in Green

    • Where "Include" keywords are shown in Amber

    • Where "Exclude" keywords are shown in Red

The additional filters summary

The bottom blue banner will include icons, white if activated or grey if no criteria specified, informing you of:

  • The bedroom count, if any

  • The criteria distance to a train station, if any

  • If a number of picture criteria was specified or not

  • If a Negative equity or difference since last sold criteria was specified or not,

  • If an EPC criteria was informed or not

  • If a Council Tax criteria was informed or not

The For sale or/and To Rent tabs

Finally the bottom of the card will have one or two tab informing you if the Lead Generator™ was setup to find:

  • For sale leads only,

  • To Rent leads only,

  • For Sale and To Rent leads

Actions on Lead Generator™ Cards:

Edit

Click 'Edit' to revise your criteria. This leads you back to the Lead Generator™ setup popup where you can update your:

  • Area,

  • Strategy,

  • Filters and

  • Rename your Lead Generator™.

Check Leads

Click 'Check Leads' to access the Leads Inbox™ for your Lead Generator™.

This is where your search results are, where you'll find all your leads.

Duplicate

Click 'Duplicate' to use this Lead Generator as a template for a new one, based on the current criteria. This leads you back to the Lead Generator™ setup popup where you can update your:

  • Area,

  • Strategy,

  • Filters and

  • Name your Lead Generator™.

This will create a new Lead Generator™ and will add it to your Lead Generator™ list.

Delete

Click 'Delete' if you no longer need this Lead Generator™. It will be permanently removed from your Lead Generator™ view.

It's a good practice to de-clutter the Lead Generators™ you are no longer using.
