How to get all insight on a leads from each Property Card

Property Leads in Property Filter are much more than a property listing. It merges a huge array of insights for that specific Lead.

Each Property Card is link to a unique address, a unique lead to which Property Filter merge 25+ data sources and 100s+ of data points.

Behind each property card there is a unique Lead, a unique property.

Each Lead will give you access to all related property listing:

  • Merging multiple agents, currently or previously listing the property

  • Merging For Sale and To Rent listings

Every Lead will match multiple listings across all the possible property portals

Every Lead will be enhanced with any cross data available such as:

  • Full postcode and full address match

  • Last sold prices

  • Square meterage or square footage

  • EPC information

  • Corporate ownership (and link to Companies House)

  • Lease length for leasehold properties

  • In or out of HMO Article 4 areas

  • And many more

Each Lead is displayed as a card. The Property Card displays a high level summary view so you can take decisions in seconds. Each of them Cards is formed of 4 sections, from top to bottom:

  1. The headline picture, availability and price change

  2. The Lead detail summary

  3. The additional details summary

  4. The For sale or/and To Rent tabs

This is so you can check in an instant what is the status of every Lead.

You can take different actions by clicking on the Property Card by clicking on it. You'll have different options depending on your Property Card locations:

The headline picture, availability and price change

The top section of your Property Card will show you:

  • the headline picture for this Lead

  • Availability status, on the top left, you will know in seconds whether the Lead is:

    • Available

    • 'Back' on the market

    • Sold Subject to Contract (STC)

    • Withdrawn, when the Lead has been removed from the market after being available

    • Sold, when the Lead has been removed from the market after being STC

    • And, for each, since how many days

  • The price change since first listed:

    • Reduced, by How many %

    • Increased, by How many %

    • And, for each, since how many days

The Lead detail summary

Under the picture, in the white canvas, you will find:

  • Live asking Price

  • Agent details, please note a 'multiple agent' logo will be displayed if more than one agent are listing or previously listed the property

  • Bedroom count

  • Property Type

  • Full Postcode in every cases

  • Street name or full address in most cases

  • First listing date, even if the property has been relisted by the agent or a new agent

The additional details summary

The colorful banner at the bottom of the Property Card will detail:

  • The Lead's distance to the nearest train or tube station

  • The number of pictures available

  • The number or availability of a floorplan or not

  • The verified EPC

  • The square meterage (or footage)

  • The % change between the current asking price and the last sold price

Please note, greyed logo means the information is not available

Throughout Property Filter you will find the same convention:

  • Green means available

  • Amber means Sold Subject to Contract (STC)

  • Red means Withdrawn or Sold: when a property have been removed from the portals

The For sale or/and To Rent tabs

Finally the bottom of the Property Card will have one or two tab informing you if the property is or was listed:

  • For sale only,

  • To Rent only,

  • For Sale and To Rent

By clicking on the individual tab, you can switch the card from the For Sale and the To Rent Listing and the details above will display accordingly. Try it out!
