Here are the easy steps on how to create a Lead Generator:
1. Go to Lead Generator, and click 'Add New Lead Generator'
2. Input the postcode, and you'll have many options to choose from:
Place / Postcode
a. Postcode inputted
b. + Surrounding → lets you automatically choose surrounding postcodes
c. + Even More → lets you automatically choose even more postcodes around
d. Manual Select and + icon → lets you manually select postcodes, the + icon will show more selectable postcodes around
Postcode & Radius
You can select up to 10-mile radius
Draw an Area
Single-click on part of the map to create a point.
Move mouse around to create a line.
Single-click on part of the map to create the next point, until you close the area selection.
If you missed a part of the map, or may have got past the intended boundaries, you can click each point and drag it to where it supposed to be.
You also have the option to Undo, Redo, and Clear the whole selection via the buttons on the lower right part of the map
3. After you've created an area selection, proceed with selecting either Residential or Commercial, and either For Sale, To Rent, or For Sale & To Rent. Then, click the 'View Properties' button
4. You will be brought to the leads, where you can check the motivated seller banner.
5. Edit your filters with this button:
If you want to use the ready-made templates, please hover the left section and scroll down the list of templates. Please note that templates automatically selects appropriate keywords, but it can still be changed if needed.
The right part is for manually selecting your preferred filters. We advise applying filters one at a time to prevent being too restrictive as this will result to very few-to-none leads.
6. If you are finished with the filters, please click the 'Apply' button
7. Once done, click the 'Save this search' button
8. Name your New Lead Generator, and click 'Confirm'
Congratulations! You have just created your new Lead Generator!
