To ensure that your search is saved, you need to create a Leads Generator.
Here are the easy steps to create a Leads Generator:
Click on the "Leads Generator" tab located on the left side of your workspace.
Tap the + Add New Leads Generator button on the upper right side.
Enter either a Post Code District or a Post Code Sector to pinpoint your target area.
Start by searching for a specific postcode district and then utilize the map to select additional areas around it if necessary.
Then click "show more" if you need to expand the search.
Click NEXT and select the Property Strategy that aligns with your goals from the Strategy Filters.
Then you can edit on ADVANCED FILTERS if you are looking for more filters. You can select Motivated Sellers Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected click the arrow down to proceed.
Click NEXT then Name your Leads Generator and hit SAVE.
To save your search, go back to the Leads Generator tab, then you need to select the property that you are interested in and click on the "SAVE TO PIPELINE" button.
To access all your saved searches, simply go to the SOURCING PIPELINE located in the left corner of your workspace. You can save as many searches as you want without any limitations. Your sourcing pipeline has no restrictions on the number of searches you can save.
