At the moment, we have got 70-80% of the property addresses validated by the system. This is distinguished by a green check ✔️ before the address, as shown below:
To manually validate the property address:
1. Scroll down on the Advert Details tab, until you see the 'Due Diligence' section. Here, click the 'Validate property address' button
2. Choose the property's address from the list, and click "Confirm"
After validating the property address, certain details such as surface area, EPC rating, and construction age will be shown if they are available.
