Select the property you want to create DTV Letters

Click the "Open the letters template generator" under DTV Letters Generator section

Select a topic that will be the focus of your letters and click Generate

There will be four letters generated. Each for a specific date and should be edited with your contact details

You can then copy this to your editor or Word document to add quick changes or details before sending them out.

Property Filter allows one user to generate up to 100 DTV Letters per month. You can view the remaining credits at the upper right part of the DTV Letters Template Generator screen
