How ChatGPT Letter Templates Works?

Select the property you want to create DTV Letters

Once selected and directed to Property Details page, choose the Send Letter tab then click the "Open the letters template generator"

Please select a ''Focus'' for the batch of letters and click on ''Generate'

There will be four letters generated. Each is for a specific date.

You can then copy this to your editor or Word document to add quick changes or details before sending them out.

Property Filter allows the user to generate up to 100 DTV Letters per month, and counting the first time you generated a DTV Letter as the first day of this month. You can view the remaining credits by hovering at the upper right part of the DTV Letters Template Generator screen.
