If you are looking for properties that are available both for sale and to rent,
Here are some simple steps you can follow:
Begin your search by heading to the Leads Generator tab located on the left side of your workspace.
Then tap the + Add New Lead Generator button.
2. Input the postcode, and you'll have many options to choose from:
Place / Postcode
Postcode & Radius
Draw an Area
Then select the For Sale & To Rent button and click on View Properties
3. Once directed to the properties, select the Filters button
4. Choose "Lease Options For Sale and To Rent" filter template. This template will show properties that offer both buying and renting options, thus matching your search criteria effectively.
5. Click on the Save this search button to save all the properties for your search
6. Give your Lead Generator a descriptive name. Then click "Confirm".
