Property Card Actions
In the Sourcing Pipeline, there are a couple of actions to choose from, in order to progress in terms of taking actions with the properties in the pipeline.
ADD AN ACTION - In this section, actions can either be viewed, made an offer and do follow, and offers accepted.
SHOW DETAILS - When show details is clicked, open up the property details page, for much detailed due diligence.

Removing Property Card in the Pipeline
There are three ways to remove a property card in the pipeline:
WAIT UNTIL NEXT CHANGE - Properties tagged as wait until next change will disappear from the pipeline, but will reappear once a price change, or if the property has been withdrawn and back in the market.
HIDE - Properties will be hidden or archived when the never show again button is clicked.
DELETE FROM PIPELINE - Properties that are deleted from the pipeline will go back to the leads generator.
