Property Card Actions
Within the Deal Pipeline, you will find a selection of actions available to assist you in progressing your properties through each stage of the deal process.
SHOW DETAILS - When show details is clicked, open up the property details page, for much detailed due diligence.
TAKE AN ACTION - This section allows you to move properties through each stage of your deal process from due diligence and viewing arrangements to making offers, following up, and recording accepted offers. Actions available will vary depending on the current stage of the property.
ADD TO LETTER CAMPAIGN - Properties will be added to a DTV letter campaign
Removing Property Card in the Pipeline
There are three ways to remove a property card in the pipeline:
(1) WAIT UNTIL NEXT CHANGE -The property will be temporarily removed from the pipeline. It will reappear upon a price change or if it's been withdrawn and relisted. Notifications can be set in your preferences.
(2) HIDE - the Hide button to remove the property from your pipeline view immediately
(3) DELETE FROM PIPELINE - Properties that are deleted from the pipeline re-appear in your Leads Generator.
