Here's a quick guide to setting up your Calendar for your Property Filter Viewings:

1. Begin by tapping on the CALENDAR icon located on the left side corner of the platform

2. Then click CALENDAR PREFERENCES to access the calendar settings.

3. Next, select the Default Calendar View Mode whether you prefer by Week Or Month.

4. You have the option to synchronize your calendar with various calendar applications such as Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365 and Calendar URL.

For Google Calendar Users, You can subscribe to Property Filter Viewings by clicking the Google Calendar tab.

Then click the "ADD" button.

For Outlook and Office 365 Users, upon linking your Calendar you need to Subscribe to Property Filter Viewings by clicking "IMPORT"

For Android and iPhone users have a convenient feature that allows them to share their calendar URL with others. This feature lets people view their availability and schedule appointments accordingly.

Just copy the Calendar URL

Click the plus sign button, then choose From URL tab.

Then paste the Calendar URL, CLICK Add Calendar button.

This feature makes it convenient for you to access your calendar from any device, anytime, and anywhere, which ensures that you're always up-to-date and prepared for your appointments.

Another way of clicking the Calendar URL, it will automatically copy it to the clipboard making it easy to share the link with others directly.

5. To view all the appointments you have selected for a particular property in your personal calendar, simply click on the "Property Filter Viewings" option located in the left-hand corner. This will allow you to see all the selected appointments in your calendar.

6. By clicking the selected Property Viewings on your preferred date, the link of the property will appear on your screen and you can easily access it.

7. This link will provide you with all the details of the property that you've selected for viewing, including the name, phone number, and address of the agent.
