How To Look For A Block Of Flats?

When you create your lead generator, you can choose the Block of Flats Strategy Template, this is a pre-selected combination of filters for a quick and efficient setup specifically tailored for a block of flats strategy.

Click on "Add New Lead Generator"

Input the postcode, and you'll have many options to choose from:

Then click Next to proceed.

To easily find a Block of Flats search, you can choose the pre-selected template.

First you can select the Block of Flats (Keyword Search).

This is a pre selected template for keyword Search in the Advert: Block of Flat/ Apartment, Self-Contained

Secondly, you can choose the Block of Flats (Property Type).

This is a pre selected template for Properties listed by the agent as a Block of Flats

Thirdly, there's the Block of Flats (Potential) option.

This template is specifically for properties that are freehold with four or more bedrooms, and has a potential as blocks of flats.

You can also refine your search based on your strategy, then choose the options below:

Property type: Flat

Bedrooms: 4

Property Tenure: Free Hold

On the Filters tab, select Flat, 4 Bedrooms, and Freehold, then click Confirm.

In “Advanced Filters”, select “Property Information”

Under Property type, tick “Block of Flats" and click on Confirm.

When you edit the Lead Generator, Go to Strategy Filters, then on Advance Filters,

Select on Keywords, scroll down then on Property Purpose, Click Include in the Block of Flats.

Then click confirm to save any changes made in the Lead Generator.
