How to find property that appears in property portals, but not in the leads generator?

If you are unable to find a property in the Leads Generator, it could be due to overly restrictive filters or discrepancies in its advertisement.

To locate the property, try the following steps:

  1. Double-Check the Leads Generator: Make sure you're on the "Available" tab, check the Sourcing Stage then click Show All to see all potential properties.

2. Secondly, verify if the property is saved in your Sourcing Pipeline.

3. Lastly, it may be categorised under "hidden" or "waiting for change" in the Sourcing Stage.

Simply navigate to the Sourcing Pipeline, select Hidden Properties, and review under the Waiting for Change or Hidden Forever tabs.

Another method to verify properties that are not displaying in Leads Generator is to utilise On Market Quick Search.

Here are the straightforward steps to follow:

1. Begin by clicking on the On Market tab and type in the complete postcode of the property. If you are unsure of the full postcode, you can input the postcode sector and postcode district instead.

* It's important not to include any filters to prevent being overly restrictive.

2. Next, input the property price and the number of bedrooms.

3. Then, click on the Search Button.

4. Finally, always ensure to click on the "Available" tab and check the Sourcing Stage if it is in "Show All" tab to guarantee that all available properties are visible.
