1. Start by accessing the Lead Generators tab located in the left-side corner of the platform. Next, click on "+ ADD NEW LEADS GENERATOR".
2. Then select your area, type in the Postcode in the Search postcode button, you can choose postcodes on the map, select a postcode and a radius or draw an area on the map.
3. Then you can click "show more postcode boundaries" for additional areas or if you need to expand the search.
4. Click NEXT, Then in Strategy Filters, choose the "Lease Options (NEGATIVE EQUITY)" filter template. This template will show Negative Equity Properties, thus matching your search criteria effectively.
5. You can edit your ADVANCED FILTERS if you are looking for more filters and refine your search. You can select Motivated Seller Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Contact Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected click the arrow down to proceed.
Click NEXT, then give your Leads Generator card a descriptive name. This will make it easy to locate and reuse for future searches. Then hit "SAVE" to secure your search settings for easy access whenever you need them.
