1. Start by accessing the Lead Generators tab located in the left-side corner of the platform. Next, click on "+ Add New Lead Generator".
2. Input the postcode, and you'll have many options to choose from:
Place / Postcode
Postcode & Radius
Draw an Area
Then click Next to proceed.
4. Choose the "Lease Options (NEGATIVE EQUITY)" filter template.

5. You can also refine your search based on your strategy and you can edit your ADVANCED FILTERS if you are looking for more filters.
You can select Motivated Seller Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Contact Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected, click the apply button to proceed.
6. Give your Lead Generator a descriptive name. Then click "Save".
