"NEGATIVE EQUITY PROPERTIES" are the properties whose current market value is less than the outstanding mortgage or financial liabilities associated with them. Essentially, it indicates that the property owner owes more on the mortgage than the property is currently worth in the market.

Here are some simple steps you can follow:
Begin your search by heading to the Leads Generator tab located on the left side of your workspace.
Next, create a new leads generator by tapping the “+ Add New Leads Generator” button on the upper right side.
Enter the postcode of the area you're interested in to focus your search on properties within that specific region.
Start by searching for a specific postcode district and then utilize the map to select additional areas around it if necessary.
Then click "show more" if you need to expand the search.
Click NEXT, Then in Strategy Filters, choose the "Lease Options (NEGATIVE EQUITY)" filter template. This template will show Negative Equity Properties, thus matching your search criteria effectively.
You can edit your ADVANCED FILTERS if you are looking for more filters and refine your search. You can select Motivated Seller Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Contact Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected click the arrow down to proceed.
Click NEXT, then give your Leads Generator card a descriptive name. This will make it easy to locate and reuse for future searches. Then hit "SAVE" to secure your search settings for easy access whenever you need them.
