Within the Leads Generator, you can create a maximum of 20 cards, as a guidepost to potential opportunities.
To create Leads Generator Cards, click the Leads Generator Tab on the left-side corner, then click on + Add New Leads Generator button
2. Type in the Postcode using the Search postcode button to pinpoint your target area.
You can choose postcodes on the map, select a postcode and a radius or draw an area on the map.
3. Then you can click "show more postcode boundaries" for additional areas or if you need to expand the search.
4. Click NEXT and choose a Filter Template
*Please note that the Strategy Templates are pre-selections of Combinations of Filters for quick set-up. However, if you need to refine your criteria click the button " Build your custom strategy by selecting filters"
5. Then you can edit on ADVANCED FILTERS if you are looking for more filters. You can select Motivated Sellers Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected click the arrow down to proceed.
6. Click NEXT then Name your Leads Generator and hit SAVE.
You can create up to 20 lead generator cards.
Attempting to create more cards will prompt a gentle reminder:
"Too many Leads Generators. You have reached the limit of Lead Generators (20).
Please set up fewer than 20 Lead Generators."
