When creating a Lead Generator, you can only choose one strategy at a time.
To begin with, click on the "Lead Generators" tab located on the left side of your workspace.
Then tap the + Add New Lead Generator button.
2. Then select your area, type in the Postcode in the Search postcode button, you can select a postcode and a radius or draw an area on the map.
And click on View Properties.
It's important to keep in mind that when creating the Lead Generator, you won't be able to search for more than 50 postcodes at a time. Choosing the right approach upfront will save you time and ensure you get the most relevant results.
If you exceed this limit, an error message will appear stating that there are "Too many District postcodes. The limit is 50."
3. Once directed to the properties, select the Filters button.
4. Choose a Property Strategy that matches your goals in Templates tab.
Please be advised that for a Lead Generator card, you can only select one strategy at a time.
5. You can also refine your search based on your strategy
6. Then you can edit your ADVANCED FILTERS if you want more filters.
You can select Motivated Sellers Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Contact Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected, click the apply button to proceed.
7. Then you will be directed to the properties, to save all your search, click on the "Save this search" button
8. Give your Lead Generator a descriptive name. Then click "Confirm".
