When creating a Lead Generator, you can only choose one strategy at a time.
To begin with, click on the "Lead Generators" tab located on the left side of your workspace.
Then tap the + Add New Lead Generator button.
2. To select your area, type in the Postcode in the Search postcode button, you can choose postcodes on the map, select a postcode and a radius or draw an area on the map.
3. Then you can click "show more postcode boundaries" for additional areas or if you need to expand the search.
It's important to keep in mind that when creating the Lead Generator, you won't be able to search for more than 50 postcodes at a time. So choosing the right approach upfront will save you time and ensure you get the most relevant results.
If you exceed this limit, an error message will appear stating that there are "Too many District postcodes and that the maximum limit is 50."
4. Choose a Property Strategy that matches your goals in Strategy Filters tab.
Please be advised that for a Lead Generator card, you can only select one strategy at a time.
5. You can also set your criteria by clicking on the "Build your strategy by selecting filters" tab
6. Then you can edit your ADVANCED FILTERS if you want more filters. You can select Motivated Sellers Filters, Property Information, EPC Filters, Planning Constraints, Amenities and Keywords.
Once selected click the arrow down to proceed.
7. Click NEXT then Name your Leads Generator and hit SAVE.
