Updated over a week ago

Off-market properties are those properties that are available for sale but are not publicly advertised or listed on the open market. Instead, they are often sold through private transactions or directly to interested buyers.

Here’s a quick guide on how to add and save Off Market Properties:

Method 1

Simply go to Address Lookup tab located in the left corner of the platform. Then type in the full postcode and click on the blue-shaded area for the property to appear.

Upon entering the Full Postcode, the numbers of addresses found will be visible on the screen. All you need to do is click the off-market property address that you prefer to add.

By clicking the address, off market property will be visible and you have the option to save it to your pipeline directly.

By hitting the button "Add To Pipeline as Off Market Property", you have the option add details.

Clicking NEXT, you have the option to add additional information like for the Asking Price, Description, Floorplan and pictures then click Add to save the changes you've made and be added to your pipeline.

To check if the off market property is already saved in your pipeline, just click the Sourcing Pipeline tab in the left corner of the platform and the property will be visible and you have the option to Add An Action, Show Details, Edit the Property, Delete this Property or Send Letter

Method 2

Click the Sourcing Pipeline tab located in the left corner of the platform. And click on Add off market property

Then type in the full postcode in Search postcode button and click on Find Property Address

Then click on the address of the property

*Please note that if the property is not on the list, it means we don't have any data yet.

Clicking NEXT, you have the option to add additional information like for the Asking Price, Description, Floorplan and pictures

Then click on the Add button so that the off market property will be added to your Sourcing Pipeline.

To check all Off Market properties in your Sourcing pipeline, simply click on the Lead Generator and then select Off Market. This will display all the Off Market properties in your Sourcing Pipeline.
