There are 2 ways to find tenanted properties for sale, and these two require you to start by creating a new Leads Generator:
• FIRST — KEYWORD: TENANTED
After choosing the postcodes, click Filters and choose NO TEMPLATE, then click Advanced Filters.
On ADVANCED FILTERS, click on KEYWORDS.
Scroll down to the Sale Feature tab and search for "Tenanted", select "Include" then click Next
Give your Lead Generator a descriptive name. Then click "Save".

• SECOND — SPECIFIC FILTERS: RENTED SOCIAL and RENTED PRIVATE
After choosing the postcodes, click Filters and choose NO TEMPLATE, then click Advanced Filters.
On ADVANCED FILTERS, click on Contact Filters. Scroll down and search for "Occupancy" tab then highlight "Rented Social and Rented Private" and click Next
Give your Lead Generator a descriptive name. Then click "Save".
