There are 2 ways to view the recently sold houses, here's how to do it:
Method 1 - From Comparables
Go to “Comparables” found on the left side panel
Edit the full postcode and the criteria that you wish to see
Then click “Search”
Click "Last sold (Land reg)" and now you can see the list of recently sold houses with the postcode you searched and the criteria you've set.
Toggle off the 'Has Pictures' to get maximum results
Method 2 - From the property detail page
Just click the Comparables tab, and it will bring up the comparables page. You can click the drop-down for filters.
You have the option to click the "Open in a new tab" button to open a new tab for the comparables page
