There are 2 ways to view the recently sold houses, here's how to do it:
Method 1 - From Comparables
Go to "Comparables" found on the left side panel
Edit the full postcode and the criteria that you wish to see then click "Search"
Click "Last sold (Land reg)" and now you can see the list of recently sold houses with the postcode you searched and the criteria you've set.
Method 2 - From the property detail page
Just click the icon "Open Comparables in <Postcode>" and it will bring up the comparables window.
Click "Last sold (Land reg)" to view the list of last sold houses.
