How do I view information from Comparable's list of Last Sold (Land Reg)?

Here is a way to view the information of a property listed in Comparable Page's Last Sold (Land Reg)

  1. Take note of the postcode of the property you are interested in. For this example:
    Flat 3, Riverside Court, Leeds, "LS1 7BU"

  2. Right click Address Lookup on the left panel and choose Open in New Tab

  3. Under Address Lookup, type the postcode in the box and hit enter. I'll be using the example: LS1 7BU

  4. Scroll and look for the exact address of the property and click it.

  5. You now have the details of the property.

Notes:

  • You will also have a view of LS1's Market Live Data and LS1's Last Sold Data within this page

  • You can add it to your pipeline as an off-market property

  • You can print a copy (Ctrl+P)
