To find Unmodernised and Empty Properties, you can follow these simple steps:
Begin your search by heading to the Leads Generator tab located on the left side of your workspace. Then tap the + Add New Lead Generator button.
2. Input the postcode, and you will have many options to choose from:
Place / Postcode
Postcode & Radius
Draw an Area
Then click Next to proceed.
4. Choose "Need Refurb" Template then go to your ADVANCED FILTERS.
And click on Keywords.
5. Go to the Sale Feature tab, scroll down and search for "Empty" keyword then choose "Include" and click Next.
6. Choose a Name for your created lead generator and click Save.
