To find Unmodernised and Empty Properties, you should begin by creating a new Leads Generator.

After choosing the postcodes, head to Strategy Filter and choose NO TEMPLATE, then click "Build your custom strategy by selecting filters" highlighted in green.

On ADVANCED FILTERS, click on KEYWORDS.

Go to Sale Feature tab, scroll down and search for "Unmodernised" and "Empty" then choose "Include" and click Next

After that, choose a Name for your newly created leads generator and hit Save.
