The indicator will highlight properties with low Price per m² (or sqft) that are great conversion projects, already well priced where thy might stack or close to stack.
£/m2
This is the price of a property per square metre, as seen in the example below. The sale price of Property A is higher, however in terms of square meterage, the price of Property A lower compared to Property B.
Property Filter displays the price per square metre of properties, helping you identify which properties offer more space for less money.

The above example shows that although the average price of Property A is higher, when the formula has been applied, it indicates that the price per square meter of Property A is lower than Property B.
Property A is the better purchase option, offering more square metres for less money.
Let's Analyse
Let's take the Property below as an example, It is a 3 Bed terraced house in SL4 for £5,658 /m2.
Live Market Data is showing that the average price in SL4 is £6,493/m2, which means the property's £/m2 is lower than the average in SL4.
Property Filter in Action
After analysis, we found that a 3-bedroom terraced house in CV3 costs £2,002 per square metre. Please follow the steps below:
1. To view properties below £/m2, go to your Preferences Menu
2. Select Search Results and change the maximum price below average £/m2 for the area, which in this case it is £6,000:
3. Click on Sort Tab, and select £m2 under Select Additional Motivations, to display properties priced below average £/m2 for the area:
