How to manage addresses in a campaign

After sending the letters, all your draft campaigns will be moved to Active.

As soon as a campaign is active, you will have the Address View.

Click on View to access Properties in the campaign:

The Address View consists of four sections (Waiting Response, Contacted, Cancelled, Excluded from Campaign)

  • Waiting Response - letters sent and waiting for a contact from the owner

  • Contacted - Owners Contacted via email or phone

  • Cancelled - Cancelled Properties from the Campaign

  • Excluded from the Campaign - Properties excluded because sending letters is not possible
