In some cases, property address vary from the owner's address, you can set up the delivery address:
Go to the Property Details Page
Under the Send Letter section of the property's details page, click on Change delivery address
2. Type in the post code of the delivery address, and select the address from the list, and click select button.
"Now the delivery address is different from the property address"
