In some cases, property address vary from the owner's address, you can set up the delivery address:
Go to the Property Details Page
Click on Change delivery address under Letter Settings
2. Type in the post code of the delivery address, and select the address
3. Highlight the address
4. and click on select
"Now the delivery address is different from the property address"
