These are letters created and compiled by the team based on experiences from the best Property Investors & Sourcers.
Based on study and feedback from experienced investors in the UK, your response rate increase with the number of letters you send. We found out that the sweet spot is 4 letters, with 2 weeks delay between each of them, in order to maximise your contact rate and minimise your costs.

Re-using the templates you have saved
Each time you create a new template, you will be able to access it later on to make another version of it if needed
Creating a letter from scratch
This allows you to create your own template and have the liberty to design your own letter campaign.
Steps to Create New Letter Designs
1. Click on Add new design.
2. Select an existing template or create a new one.
3. Setup Quantity and Timing
a. Click the plus or minus sign to adjust the interval between letters.
b. Click on the "+ Add Another Letter" to add more letters or the delete button to remove letters.
4. Click on Next
5. Enter the template name and click on SAVE.
