In this new dashboard, new features were added.

Here, you'll find the Quick Search bar where you can input postcodes, place, or address.

When a postcode is entered and selected from suggestions, a map will pop up with the postcode highlighted.

You can do a quick search of all Residential or Commercial properties, that are For Sale, or To Rent, or both For Sale & To Rent.

If you click on +Surrounding, additional postcodes around the initial postcode will automatically be selected. For instance, the initial postcode was CT1, when +Surrounding is clicked, it will be like this:

This button is responsible for automatically selecting more postcodes surrounding the initial selection. The selected postcodes will be written as well below the map.

Manual Select lets you manually select surrounding postcodes. An additional button (+) will appear beside the 'Manual Select' button. This additional button will let you select more postcodes manually.

After you have selected an area, clicking on Search button will provide you with all properties available for either Residential or Commercial, and that are For Sale, or To Rent, or both For Sale & To Rent.

This will bring you to the Quick Search section, where you can filter down the search if you need to.

Our data supplier guarantees us 99% of the online properties (residential) and a bit less on commercial, but we're working on it.
Please let us know if you find a property not listed on Property Filter, then we will help you look for it, and also investigate why it is not there.

When you are satisfied with the results, you have the option to save this as a new Lead Generator using the 'Save as Lead Generator' button.
