Market Live Data
Live stats for similar properties currently on the market in the postcode (e.g. "2 beds Terraced house"). Adjust the filters to change the comparison and see how many properties were found for sale and to rent. This section shows:
Estimated yields - (postcode and property level)
For sale average asking price, average time available, and average time to STC
To rent the equivalent rental figures
Historical data - trend chart you can switch between metrics such as Yield
Use Open Market Live Map to view the data on a map.
Last Sold Data
Completed sales for comparable properties (filtered by type, size, EPC, and year). Use the filters to refine and open the last sold map to view on a map.
đ "Not Enough Data" simply means there aren't enough comparable properties in that filter to produce a reliable figure. Try widening the filters.
Planning Applications
Click "Check history" to review planning applications in the area, useful for spotting development potential or nearby changes.
LHA Rates
Local Housing Allowance rates for the property's Broad Rental Market Area (e.g. Coventry BRMA), broken down by property size (HMO, 1â4 bed) with an indicative yield for each and the monthly/yearly allowance. This is particularly useful for LHA and social housing strategies. Click More details here to expand.
Buy to Let Stress Test
Shows whether the deal would pass a lender-style stress test, with a Pass/Fail indicator. Open Parameters to see the key figures:
Minimum rental income per month needed to pass
Maximum purchase price you could offer and still pass
